Love Kefirko!

I love anything kefirko and make lots of ferments, even use the bottles to make Kombucha and Second ferment drinks. Easy to use, no leaking, no taking the lids off keeps the bugs away they can’t get in the lid, easy to burp pushing the button in, really easy for those starting learning fermentation, I started making all the recipes out of the book, some you can keep up to 9 months or more if you can keep them that long without eating them, feeling really well after making and eating my ferments they stack really nicely and look good, you can throw away all you mixed matched jars, they can be washed in the dishwasher, once opened and used put in the fridge with a date on and what they are.

Tolle Erfindung ohne Wenn und Aber! In normalen Einmachgläsern sind mir die Fermente oft von einer Schicht Hefe befallen worden, manchmal sogar geschimmelt. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man ein ganzes Glas entsorgen muss! Hier funktioniert alles bestens. Einfach schön und gut durchdacht - genau wie auch das Kefir-System von Kefirko ein Qualitätsprodukt.

Sehr gut

Selbst für mich als Fermentier-Fan ist dieses Gärglas perfekt. Tolle Größe und wegen dem Entlüfter muss man sich keinen Kopf machen, dass man das Glas vergisst und es explodieren könnte. Die Luft kann super entweichen ohne den Deckel zu öffnen. Der Kohlefilter, der den Gärgeruch filtern soll, funktioniert zwar nicht zu 100%, reduziert den unfeinen Geruch aber deutlich... ;-)
