Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Praktisch (aber gut geschützt) in einem kleinen Karton verpackt.
Eine tolle Anleitung ist mit dabei.
Die Kefirkristalle sind gut aktiv und haben sich bei mir nach ca. 3 bis 4-maligem Ansetzen bereits verdoppelt.
Es entsteht schnell ein gut schmeckendes Getränk, das sich positiv bei meiner Verdauung bemerkbar macht. Die Menge des Ingwers habe ich langsam erhöht.
Ich werde mich nach den ersten Ansätzen nun etwas mit der Zweitfermentation und Aromatisierung befassen.
Ich vermute aber, dass die ganz klassische Variante der Erstfermentation (mit Melasse, frischem Ingwer, Feigen und Zitronenscheiben) noch eine ganze Zeit lang mein Favorit bleiben wird.;-)

Die Kristalle vermehren sich prächtig, es macht Freude, so ein gesundes Getränk zuhause herzustellen. Beste Qualität, daher Kaufempfehlung.
Rundum gut
Die Kefirkristalle für Ginger Kefir kamen gut verpackt an. Die beigelegte Anleitung ist optisch ansprechend und macht den Start sehr leicht. Die Kefirkristalle waren gleich beim ersten Einsatz hochaktiv, so dass der Ginger Wasserkefir in 2 Tagen fertig ist und die Kefirkristalle sich inzwischen gut vermehrt haben. Geschmacklich ist der Ginger Wasserkefir auch sehr lecker und begeistert die ganze Familie... nur Kefir mit Datteln kommt nicht gut an. Empfehlung: Cranberries oder kandierter Ingwer.

Really good quality
Time to start brewing fermented drinks again! This time with ginger water kefir...I ordered the grains along with a new SCOBY to start brewing kombucha again. The SCOBYs are really good quality based on the last time I ordered one, and the kefir grains have already made some fizzy kefir in just two days(it's my first time brewing it myself). I love kombucha, but I think if someone wants to get into fermenting vegan drinks, the water kefir is much quicker and fewer steps(also good if you're impatient lol).
