Organic Whole Cane Sugar (500g)
- 500g of whole cane sugar from DM (from certified organic farming, eco control authority DE-OEKO-001). Raw cane sugar from DM is ideally suited for producing Kombucha, Ginseng Kombucha, Water Kefir and Ginger Root Beer - this sugar gives a strong and malty fermented drink.
- The precious whole cane sugar comes from certified organic farming only. The sugar is very rich in molasses and gives therefore a strong and slightly caramel taste.
- For the production of DM whole cane sugar, its cane juice is boiled down to syrup, dried and then finally grounded. There is no refining involved, this means that the dark syrup (molasses) and the sugar crystals are not being separated. Thus, many of the natural sugar components are largely retained: whole cane sugar contains for example Potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and many other essential nutrients including important trace elements such as phosphorus, copper and chromium.

Hervorragend
Wirklich ein hervorragender Vollrohrzucker: voller Geschmack, leicht malzig, ganz leichte Bitternoten (wie bei Melasse). Sehr gut!
