1000g raw cane sugar from dm(from certified organic farming, eco control authority DE-OEKO-001). Raw cane sugar from dm is ideally suited for producing Kombucha, Ginseng Kombucha, Water Kefir and Ginger Root Beer - the sugar gives a mild and very gentle, fermented drink.

The raw cane sugar is carefully processed and comes only from certified organic farming. It has got a pleasant mild flavor and a light golden color. For its production, the fresh dm sugar is being pressed out the juice which is thoroughly cleaned and then gently concentrated under vacuum.
