- 500g of raw cane sugar from Boomers (from certified organic farming, eco control authority DE-OEKO-001). Raw cane sugar from Boomers is ideally suited for producing Kombucha, Ginseng Kombucha, Water Kefir and Ginger Root Beer - the sugar gives a mild and very gentle, fermented drink.
- The raw cane sugar is carefully processed and comes only from certified organic farming. It has got a pleasant mild flavor and a light golden color. For its production, the fresh Boomers sugar is being pressed out the juice which is thoroughly cleaned and then gently concentrated under vacuum.

Leicht karamelliger Geschmack, sehr gut löslich (nicht zu grob). Ob im Kombucha, in Tee oder Kaffee oder beim Backen, ich werde nur noch diesen Zucker verwenden. Zudem eine richtig hübsche Verpackung, die man nicht verstecken muss. Top!
