Our Tip! Kefirko Kefir Fermenter is a special designed glass for easy home brewing of Kefir, Water Kefir and Ginger Root Kefir. It is a great innovation for all Kefir fans who want to start their culture conveniently at home in a handy and beautiful special designed jar. Quality finishing, available in 4 colors: blue, pink, green and white. Thanks to the sophisticated Kefirko system, the separation of the Kefir culture from the final Kefir drink is especially simple and easy. The system consists of: Glass jar: the concave shape makes Kefirko handy and useful at the same time. The outer markings indicate the right amount of fluid for your desired Kefir culture. Two servings equal 0.6 liter (the whole jar provides 884 ml). Colored strainer lid: The lid contains a sieve that has two pouring areas. One is for Milk Kefir (larger strainer slots) and the other one for Water Kefir (smaller strainer slots). This makes the separation of the grains from the kefir very simple – by just pouring the kefir out. You may also use the strainer lid if you need to rinse the kefir grains with water. (For younger and small Milk Kefir grains we do recommend to use the smaller strainer slots at first.) Sealing lid: In order to facilitate the escape of excess carbon dioxide and to prevent overpressure, the transparent sealing lid of the jar can be adjusted for not being fully airtight - it still seals well and safe. A measuring cup for the Kefir / Water Kefir grains is also integrated in the top lid which may also be used as a coaster to keep your kitchen clean. Squeezer: An additional cap turns the strainer lid into a citrus juicer for directly adding citrus, lime or orange juice to your Water Kefir. 10g of original organic Ginseng root, finest quality cut. The Ginseng root is ideally suited for further farming with our Ginseng Kombucha culture. Just like the Kombucha tea fungus, Ginseng also contains an all-natural and highly complex combination of various ingredients. This refers to ginsenosides in especially. These occur only in Ginseng and more than 20 of them have already been detected. Recommended daily allowance is 1g of Ginseng. Therefor you may take the pure dried root (grounded or fine cut) or either a delicious Ginseng Kombucha tea as we describe it on our website. In order to gain full benefits, you should take it as an effective cure daily for over at least 3 months - after that, you take a break for about the same time frame. This concept of a temporary cure is intended for the body not getting used too much to the Ginseng agents. Nevertheless, some people take Ginseng daily and are fully contented with it. If you want to opt for a Ginseng cure you can afterwards switch to a Kombucha only tea drink without problems.
